1. Overview Of Factory
16 outdoor cable production lines and 18 drop cable production lines, covering an area of 86,000 m2, a building area of 40,000 m2, and a total asset of 600 million yuan, annual output of optical cable 900,000km.
2.Raw Materials Area
We use fibers from famous brands , such as YOFC, Futong, Fiberhome, Fujikura , high quality, high speed , stable and low attenuation .
3.Production Materials Area
We purchase new HDPE raw articles from UAE and aramid from Dupont Kevlar
4.Fiber Coloring Area
ZTO uses imported ink to color the optical fiber, and the inspection process is repeatedly wiped with alcohol to make the optical fiber welding more accurate and more convenient for construction
5.PBT Loose Tubing Area
As one of the key components to protect the optical fiber in the optical cable, the loose tube needs to have good tensile resistance, bending resistance, impact resistance and water resistance, so the selection of materials is very important
6.Loose Tube Twisting Area
The tensile performance and environmental performance of the layer-stranded optical cable are closely related to the stranding pitch, while the winding performance of the yarn in the production process will directly affect the uniformity of the pitch
7.Jacket Molding Area
ZTO uses high-quality HDPE jacket material imported from the UAE. Polyethylene is a polymer made of ethylene. Imported production machines make the outer diameter of the finished optical cable more uniform and bright, prolonging the life of the optical cable.
8.OTDR Testing Area
We use the advanced imported OTDR testing machine. The attenuation of the optical fiber is tested in the above process, the outer diameter of jacket, the outer diameter of the layer-twisted, pitch sheath, the attenuation, the cable surface is smooth and bright, and the length of the finished product is guaranteed to be in full meters. The jacket printing is strictly tested, so that the products can satisfy customers and make them safe to use.
9.Packing Area
ZTO uses stable and durable wooden drum and make sure it is smoothly and safe in laying fiber optical cable . All wooden drums are made by hands and fumigated . The out wooden strips and PE form will provide the cable enough protection during shipment.
10.Warehouse
All finished products will be stored in indoor warehouse and keep them away from rain and humid environment .
11.Loading Container
We request shipping company to send container to our factory and load it by forklift here . Our professional workers know how to load in max quantity to save freight and safe during transmit shipment .
