As 2025 came to a close, the ZTO CABLE team embarked on a 5-day strategic retreat to the cultural and natural heart of Western Yunnan—Baoshan, Tengchong, and Mangshi. This journey through multiple 4A and 5A-rated national scenic spots was a celebration of our team’s hard work and a recharge for the year ahead.
Crossing Borders and Cultures
Our journey began in Mangshi, where the breathtaking Menghuan Grand Golden Pagoda left us in awe of its cultural splendor. We also visited the unique “One Village, Two Countries” on the border. Seeing how a single village spans two nations perfectly mirrors ZTO’s own vision: bridging gaps and connecting people regardless of borders.
Heritage and Resilience
Walking through the ancient stone alleys of Heshun Ancient Town (5A), we were reminded of the importance of heritage and long-term focus. Just as this town has stood the test of time, ZTO’s 25-year commitment to manufacturing excellence is built on stability and enduring quality.
Nature’s Power and Team Unity
From the tranquil waters of the Beihai Wetland to the restorative natural hot springs of Tengchong, our team took the time to disconnect from the office and reconnect with each other. Exploring these top-tier national landmarks together allowed us to build stronger trust and synergy across departments.
We return from Yunnan not just with memories, but with a renewed commitment to our partners worldwide. With the energy gathered from the peaks and springs of Yunnan, ZTO CABLE is ready to power the global communication networks of 2026.
