In August 2025, to celebrate the successful return of our International Sales Mission Team from Indonesia, ZTO CABLE’s Sales Division hosted a vibrant team-building event that blended celebration with professional pride. It was a day of storytelling, competition, and shared joy among our overseas market specialists.
Welcome Home: From Jakarta to the Dinner Table
The celebration began with a grand welcome dinner. Our returning Sales Representatives shared their experiences, from navigating the busy markets of Jakarta to overseeing expanding infrastructure sites across Indonesia. Sharing a meal provided the perfect setting to recharge and reconnect the Sales and Account Management teams after weeks of high-intensity work abroad.
A Twist in the KTV: The Cable Knowledge Quiz
We decided to do things differently this time! In between the karaoke sessions, we launched a high-energy Fiber Optic Knowledge Quiz specifically for our Sales and Technical Support units. In the glow of the KTV lights, the participants competed to answer complex questions on fiber attenuation, OPGW structures, and FTTH solutions. It was a fantastic way to show that at ZTO, professional expertise is part of our Sales Force’s DNA, even when we’re celebrating our wins.
Teamwork in the Kitchen: The Dumpling-Making Contest
Fiber optic sales require precision and coordination, and so does making the perfect dumpling. The Dumpling-Making Competition was a highlight of the day for the Sales Division. Teams coordinated seamlessly—some rolling dough, others preparing fillings—demonstrating the same strategic synergy that drives our global client relations.
Recognition and Awards
The night concluded with a singing contest and a formal Award Ceremony. We honored the top-performing sales consultants from the knowledge quiz and the master dumpling makers with special prizes, recognizing their dedication to both professional excellence and team spirit.
This August event was more than just a party; it was a testament to the unity of our Global Sales Force. At ZTO CABLE, we believe that a specialized team that learns, creates, and celebrates together is a team that can truly “Link Up The World.”
