In late May, when the tea hills of Ningxiang were at their lushest, members of ZTO CABLE’s Sales Department and Technical Core Group stepped away from the high-tech production lines for a day of nature and tradition. This specialized team-building session centered around the delicate art of tea picking—a perfect blend of relaxation and focus.
Craftsmanship in the Fields: Tea Picking
Among the emerald tea terraces, representatives from our core divisions traded fiber optics for tea leaves. The precision required to pluck the finest tea buds mirrored the focus we bring to our manufacturing floor. It was a day to appreciate the “slow craftsmanship” of nature, reminding us that quality always begins with the finest raw materials and a steady hand.
The Joy of Harvest: Fruit Picking
The journey continued into local orchards, where the trees were heavy with early summer fruits. Gathering the harvest together was a powerful metaphor for our teamwork—effort and patience eventually lead to sweet results. These moments of shared joy strengthened the synergy between our engineering experts and sales units far beyond the office walls.
Recharged and Ready
The day ended with baskets overflowing with fresh tea leaves and sun-ripened fruits, matched only by a group of specialists full of renewed energy. This retreat was a reminder that, much like a good harvest, great things take time, care, and teamwork. Rejuvenated by the fresh air and the sweet scent of the hills, the department representatives are ready to return to our mission of ‘Linking Up The World’ with even greater focus and passion.
