MPO-12 Multimode Patch Cord (OM3 / OM4 / OM5), LSZH, Type B

Factory-terminated MPO-12 to MPO-12 multimode patch cord with female-to-female MPO connectors and Type B (crossover) polarity, available in three multimode fiber grades: OM3 (Aqua), OM4 (Violet), and OM5 wideband (Lime green). The 12-fiber ribbon assembly uses bend-insensitive 50/125 µm fiber under LSZH jacket, ready for plug-in between MPO/MTP cassettes, transceivers (QSFP/QSFP28/QSFP-DD SR4) and patch panels in high-density data center parallel optics deployments. Each assembly is 100% factory tested for insertion loss and endface geometry per IEC 61300-3-35.

Available modes: OM3 (10G/40G up to 100 m @ 850 nm), OM4 (10G/40G/100G up to 150 m @ 850 nm), and OM5 wideband (40G/100G SWDM4 up to 440 m, 400G SR4.2 up to 150 m). Choose the mode that matches your transceiver and reach requirements.

How to Choose the Right Mode

  • Pick OM3 (Aqua) if your link is 10G/40G up to 100 m, or if you are matching legacy OM3 plant. Lowest cost.
  • Pick OM4 (Violet) if your link is 40G/100G up to 150 m, or if you want headroom for 100G SR4 today and OM5 migration later.
  • Pick OM5 (Lime green) if you are deploying SWDM4 transceivers (BiDi / SWDM) for 40G/100G up to 440 m, or 400G SR4.2 over a single MPO-12.
