Factory-terminated MTP-8 APC to 4× LC UPC duplex breakout harness designed for high-density data center optical interconnects. The singlemode MTP connector on one end breaks out to four LC UPC duplex legs on the other end, giving an 8-fiber (Base-8) channel mapped with Type B (crossover) polarity. The harness uses bend-insensitive singlemode fiber (G.657.A1) under LSZH jacket and is 100% factory tested for insertion loss and return loss, ready for direct plug-in between MTP trunk cables and LC patch panels or switch ports.

Key Features
Base-8 (8 fibers) MTP breakout: one MTP-8 APC connector breaks out to 4× duplex LC UPC legs, simplifying 40G/100G/400G migration paths.
Type B (crossover) polarity: position 1 maps to position 12 across the link for direct connection between two MTP cassettes without additional patch cords.
Low insertion loss: MTP APC ≤ 0.35 dB typical; LC UPC ≤ 0.2 dB typical, fully interchangeable per IEC 61753-1 Grade B.
High return loss: APC end ≥ 60 dB, UPC end ≥ 50 dB, suitable for long-reach singlemode channels and analog video overlay.
Bend-insensitive OS2 fiber: G.657.A1 singlemode fiber with 7.5 mm minimum bend radius for tight routing inside racks.
LSZH jacket (yellow): OFNR-rated, flame-retardant, low-smoke, zero-halogen jacket compliant with IEC 60332-3, suitable for plenum-return-air spaces.
100% factory tested: insertion loss, return loss and endface geometry per IEC 61300-3-35; test report shipped with each assembly.
