MTP-16 APC to 8 x LC UPC Harness, 16 Fibers, OM4, Crossover

Factory-terminated MTP-16 APC to 8× LC UPC duplex breakout harness for high-density multimode OM4 data center interconnects. The OM4 multimode MTP-16 connector on one end breaks out to eight LC UPC duplex legs on the other end, giving a 16-fiber (Base-16) channel mapped with Crossover (Type B inverted) polarity. The assembly uses bend-insensitive OM4 fiber (50/125 µm) under LSZH jacket and is 100% factory tested for insertion loss and return loss, ready for direct plug-in between Base-16 OM4 MTP trunk cables and LC switch ports or patch panels.
